What Is Flatbed Printing?
Essentially, a flatbed printer uses inkjet printing to digitally reproduce high quality images directly onto rigid materials such as foam board, PVC sheets, metal, wood, paperboard, glass and all types of plastics.
Once the digital flatbed printers have printed the images the inks are cured with UV lighting.

Flatbed printers have the ability to print full coverage on 5’ X 10’ boards (and can even go larger on some types of materials).
And since the printing bed is adjustable, you can do high precision, high quality flatbed printing on materials that are up to 2” thick. We can virtually meet whatever printing size requirement you have.
Best of all, our UV resistant inks will last a couple of years outdoors even in our intense Arizona climate.
During the printing process the inks are instantly dried and cured with high intensity UV lights. This allows us to immediately trim, package, and ship your printing projects fast, in order to meet the tightest of deadlines.

In essence, the flatbed printing process is very cost effective, faster and much better all away around. Many of the materials we use are either environmentally friendly or recyclable and once the inks are cured, they too are environmentally friendly.
