Sometimes, the on site printing solution involves sophisticated installations of medium to high volume copiers and printers that are integrated into their individual work flow environments. In these cases, we install and service the on site printing equipment that the customer needs and charge the customer on a “cost-per-copy” basis – they pay for what they print.

In some circumstances, one of PRI’s employees will man the on site printing equipment that we place at the customer’s site, providing even a higher level of service.

The on site printing division of PRI also offers simpler solutions where we sell or lease on site printing equipment to our customers, then service the equipment when service is required.

In both scenarios, PRI can and does provide job tracking software that allows the customer to know exactly how much printing they have done in a month and what projects that printing is attributed to.
